Director - Betteshanger Sustainable Parks (Co-Opted Member)
Richard is the Director of Betteshanger Sustainable Parks and the Hadlow Group lead for sustainability and sustainable projects.
Richard has extensive experience and in project management in both the Public sector and Higher Education sector, where he managed a series of strategic and high profile projects. He was appointed as Deputy Director at Turner Contemporary, Margate, in 2011, where he was responsible for finance, operations and estates, commercial activity and strategic planning.
Richard joined Hadlow College in 2014 as Director of Betteshanger Sustainable Parks; a major economic and social regeneration project. Richard has responsibility for leading and developing the commercial, educational, and learning content of the Betteshanger Parks and is responsible for the project development and day-to-day strategic management of the Project. As Group sustainability lead, Richard has responsibility for embedding sustainable best practice throughout the Hadlow Group.
