Louise Carr

Advanced Learning Practitioner

Louise has a MA in Education, with many years’ experience in both further and higher education, initially as am ESOL tutor before moving into teacher-training for the post-compulsory sector.  She is a member of the Association for Authentic Experiential and Evidenced-based Learning (AAEEBL) and a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training. She is currently part of an international collaboration group on Mahara e-portfolio projects, which includes joint conference presentations and publications. Her current research activity focused on the development of Professional Practice Portfolios and the development of educational practice using digital media for reflection.
