Relax in our luxury restaurant, open to the public each weekday from 10am – 3:30pm. Enjoy some classic dishes, each one with a slight twist but using local ingredients and seasonal produce, from our bistro menu. Tables can be booked with the restaurant, with lunch served between 12pm – 2pm.

Each Thursday evening, from 6pm - 8:30pm, you can relish a fine-dining experience at affordable prices. With food prepared, under supervision, by our trainee chefs and served by students from our Hospitality department, you can experience a five-course taster menu for as little as £20.00 per head.

Where does it come from?

At The Artisan we consider the provenance of our supply chain to be an integral part of our ethos.

Obviously there are seasonal and financial restrictions to any supply chain and as such we have yet to source Kentish bananas for our Banoffee dessert! But we do strive to have a positive impact on the local environment.

We aim to promote SMEs and encourage local business by engaging local suppliers wherever possible. We then task these local suppliers to use local growers and producers, providing the best seasonal and local produce available for your dining experience.
