At The Artisan we consider the provenance of our supply chain to be an integral part of our ethos.
Obviously there are seasonal and financial restrictions to any supply chain and as such we have yet to source Kentish bananas for our Banoffee dessert! But we do strive to have a positive impact on the local environment.
We aim to promote SMEs and encourage local business by engaging local suppliers wherever possible. We then task these local suppliers to use local growers and producers, providing the best seasonal and local produce available for your dining experience.
