Our Dance pathway looks at a range of dance techniques including contemporary, ballet and street. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop choreographic skills for a range of styles and venues.
Our Musical Theatre pathway focuses on developing acting, singing and dance techniques in a range of performance styles. You will be encourage to devise your own performance work as well as present book musicals.
Class work will help you learn and develop new practical skills and explore progression opportunities. Practical work is underpinned with relevant research skills and you will be encouraged to evaluate your work reflectively. Alongside your performance work, you will study the history and theory of performance creation.
This course will encourage you to work to your strengths, share ideas and work professionally and collaboratively as an ensemble to participate in a range of public performances in the College theatre.
The course will culminate in a final major project where you will realise your performance skills.
